Computer help that comes to you
Kidderminster and the villages towards Bewdley and Hagley are a regular part of my week. Home visits suit people who would rather not carry a desktop PC into a shop.
I’m Alastair, based in Great Witley. You deal with me from the first call to the finished job, and the work and price are agreed before anything starts.
Getting to you in Kidderminster
Kidderminster is about a 20 minute drive from Great Witley. Home visits are from £70 for the first hour, then £25 per additional half-hour, with no separate call-out fee. If the computer starts and has internet, remote support at £30 per 30 minutes can be quicker.

No fix, no fee
If I can’t fix the problem, you pay nothing. The £35 diagnosis is credited against an approved repair and is payable only if the computer can be fixed and you choose not to go ahead. See all prices
