Sending an enquiry
The form sends your name, email or phone number, optional town or postcode and message to SplitFin. These details are used to respond to your enquiry and discuss the work you request.
Enquiries are received by Netlify, our website host, which filters spam, keeps a copy of each submission in SplitFin’s account and emails it to SplitFin’s inbox. You can ask for your submission to be deleted at any time. The website does not save your enquiry in browser storage.
Please send only what is needed to discuss the problem. Do not include passwords, payment details or copies of private files.
Your choices
You can call or email instead of using the form. Ask Alastair about access to, correction or deletion of your enquiry information, or about how long repair-related records are kept. Before sharing device access or personal files, discuss how they will be handled.
Website technology
The website does not add advertising, analytics or marketing cookies. Fonts and images are served with the site. The hosting service processes connection information to deliver and protect the website. Telephone and email links open services on your device.
