Computer help that comes to you
Worcester is the biggest place I cover, and most visits here are to homes where one computer does everything: banking, photos, video calls and the printer. If it stops, so does a lot.
I’m Alastair, based in Great Witley. You deal with me from the first call to the finished job, and the work and price are agreed before anything starts.
Getting to you in Worcester
From my base in Great Witley, Worcester is usually an 18–20 minute drive. Home visits are from £70 for the first hour, then £25 per additional half-hour, with no separate call-out fee. If the computer starts and has internet, remote support at £30 per 30 minutes can be quicker.

No fix, no fee
If I can’t fix the problem, you pay nothing. The £35 diagnosis is credited against an approved repair and is payable only if the computer can be fixed and you choose not to go ahead. See all prices
